- What can I write about and how long should it be? Any topic and any genre (fiction and non-fiction) are welcomed at any length. We will review the submission and make minor changes if necessary, before we publish it.
- How long does it take from submission to publication? You will know the initial acceptance within two weeks. Reviewing and editing typically take additional 2-3 weeks.

- What do I include in my e-mail as I submit the work? 1. Author’s first name and last name 2. Pen name (a nickname if you do not wish to use your real name) 3. If you are under 18 year old, include your parent’s /guardian’s name and e-mail address.
Guidelines for Education Forum (For adults including educational professionals):
- Topic and lengths: Any topic relevant to the field of reading and writing is welcomed for our forum, specifically targeting to encourage children or teens’ purposeful and creative writing, and to promote underrepresented groups of students’ writing. Any length of writing will be accepted, but if longer than two pages (double-spaced), the writing may be published in more than one segment or as a series.
- Submission and Review: Please send your manuscript with your full name at boysreadwrite@gmail.com for acceptance. Once accepted, it will take additional 2-4 weeks for review, edit, and publication. The copyright policy stated above will be applied to the submission.
